This is one of our most popular trips with first time Brazil bird
watchers. Every birder and wildlife lover wants to see the Pantanal.
The Pantanal has 40 Brazilian endemics or specialty bird species,
including Hyacinth Macaw, Greater Rhea, Bare-faced Curassow,
Mato Grosso Antbird, White-naped Xenopsaris and much more.
Besides seeing 200 plus bird species, everyone enjoys seeing
Capybara, Giant Anteater, Silvery Marmoset, other primates and
other Pantanal wildlife.

Great guides include Lelis Navarrete, Xavier Muñoz, Fred Tavares
and other top South American and Brazilian guides. These trips are
offered during the dry months in the Pantanal --- from April to
November

Most every birder prefers 4 or 5 days in the Pantanal and then
additional birding in the Amazon Basin, making for a trip of 420 to
480 species in 10 days to 2 weeks.

Possible extensions include two great options (1) 2 to 3 days at the
Chapada dos Guimarães National Park and/or (1) one day at
Currupira das Araras
Day 1: Flight In:  Fly into Cuiaba. Half day birding in Pantanal
Day 2:  Full Day Pantanal Birding and Wildlife
Day 3:  Full Day Pantanal Birding and Wildlife
